Terms & Conditions

1. These rates are subject to change without notice.

2. Minimum bookings on weekends (2 nights) & peak periods (5 nights during Christmas peak, 3 nights all other peak times) unless shorter vacancies exist between confirmed bookings.

3. Rates are inclusive of full bedding & towels for Villa and Cabin bookings.

4. All rates are based on 2 adults. Nightly surcharges for extra persons are charged at,

5. Nightly surcharge for pets: $15 per pet.

6. Check-in is from 2.00pm Check-out is 10.00am.

7. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of 1/3 total cost or 1 night’s cost (whichever is greater) has been received.

8. Cancellation and refunds: Deposits are non-refundable within 1 month of arrival; No refunds for early departures; Cancellation fee of $100 applies to all bookings; Failure to arrive (no show) will incur full payment.

9. Credit card details are required as security for Cabin and Villa bookings. If a credit card is unavailable a $200 cash security deposit will be required at check-in.

10. All rates are GST inclusive.
